Description: Sidamo coffees are coffees from the highlands of the south of the country, in the Rift Valley, with abundant rainfall and fertile soils. These coffees present a clean cup, with clear fruity notes and bright acidity and characteristic sweetness. For a medium roast, we obtain Dark Chocolate flavors, but also sweet vanilla, somewhat floral, with citrus touches of mandarin orange. Clean cup, bright acidity and a sweet characteristic of this coffee.
